Chris brings comprehensive knowledge from a history of experiences serving roles from apprentice to project executive for development, architectural, design-build and manufacturing entities. Walking in the shoes as architect, builder, manufacturer and owner provide insight beyond his formal education and experience as a professional architect and builder. Chris believes that each business has a unique culture and systems for delivery. Often, these entities do not share a vocabulary or values. The cultural variations are enormous. Chris believes the culture, vocabulary, and value creates a "gap." This gap becomes a barrier to collaboration and improving the productivity and performance of project teams.

Keith is the managing partner of DW Construction Services. Keith's primary focus is building erection with a focus on metal building construction. Keith began Simple Steel Structures in 2008 and soon merged with DW Construction Services. Serving owners and general contractors DWCS provides concrete, erection and prime contracting services. Formally educated as an industrial engineer with a focus in metals engineering, Keith began his career in purchasing with Goodyear and Wilson Sporting Goods. He felt called to follow his core education. Keith joined a pre-engineered building company and rose to become district sales manager until he began the erection company in 2008. Keith's 35 years with manufacturing and field erection make him uniquely qualified for this relationship.
