DW Construction Services, LLC - Linked strategic team member
DW Construction provides "trade services" regionally and nationally. Working with owners and contractors through traditional methods such as installation and subcontracting to alternative delivery methods with construction management and owner direct or agency purchasing. Example projects include work from Eagle Colorado, Long Island New York, Niagra Falls New York to Texarkana Texas. Keith Skillern, managing partner of DWCS has provided services to customers in 48 of 50 states.
Keith worked for pre-engineered building companies for 20 years before opening Simple Steel Structures in 2008. Simple Steel merged with DW Construction Services in 2009. DW Construction added the diversity of concrete foundations and floors and general construction capabilities. DWCS leadership has 30+ years experience with pre-engineered structures and has 15 years of field erection experience.
DWCS maintains ongoing relationships with its clients. Tierney Storage has completed over 20 projects with DWCS in as many years, with three under construction presently. Keith Skillern is respected in his field and maintains long-term, working relationships. Keith teamed up with Chris Remke and Hawkins Development Company for a factory complex in 2002 where they received a National Merit Award from the Metallic Building Company and the National Eagle Award for Construction Excellence from the Associated Builders and Contractors.
DWCS is a pre-engineered certified installer and member of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association.
